Red Lion Hotel Cromwell, Cromwell

The hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic for my needs, it felt neglected in some areas. The staff, however, were accommodating and friendly, adding a positive touch to my stay.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of experiences. The room I stayed in was exceptionally quiet, but it felt outdated and had a very small bathroom, which might not be ideal for taller or larger guests. The sanitary conditions also left something to be desired, with a weird smell lingering around. Unfortunately, the lack of a bartender, expensive breakfast, and unpleasant atmosphere in the fitness room and sauna were additional downsides.

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay, but some areas need renovation. The service was a mix of awesome and unresponsive, and the location was central to our activities. The dining experience was a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.

The hotel has some issues with cleanliness and maintenance but is conveniently located for our needs. Despite some drawbacks, it offers a decent stay with friendly staff.
